Going through an automatic car wash is pretty simple but there are a few small things drivers can do to help the process go smoothly. Whether it’s your first time visiting our car wash or you’re a regular, keeping these tips in mind can make your wash quick, safe, and hassle-free.
1 – Line your vehicle up with the track
As you approach the wash tunnel, follow the attendant’s directions and line your vehicle up with the track so the conveyor can guide your car through.
2 – Put your vehicle in neutral (N)
Once your car is on the conveyor, shift into neutral so the system can move your vehicle through the wash.
3 – Keep your foot off the brake and accelerator
The conveyor moves your car through the tunnel, so there’s no need to brake or accelerate!
4 – Keep your hands off the steering wheel
Your vehicle will stay aligned with the track as it moves through the wash, so just relax and let the system do the work.
5 – Follow the attendant’s guidance
Our team is there to help make sure everything runs smoothly, so just follow their instructions as you enter the wash.
