What is an Unlimited Membership?
An unlimited membership lets you wash your car as often as you like at any Feel Great Car Wash location. You can purchase an unlimited car wash membership for any of our wash packages. An unlimited car wash membership offers great value and is a convenient way to wash your car. All you need to do is pull up to the gate and it’ll open for you based on your license plate. It is that easy
How do I become a Member?
Memberships can be purchased directly from our Feel Great Car Wash website! Just click the “Memberships” menu item at the top of the screen. You can also visit one of our locations to buy a membership too. Our staff will be ready and happy to help you purchase your membership!
Can I change my membership plan?
Yes. You can change your membership plan by submitting a request or asking a car wash Team Member to submit a request for you. The person icon at the top of the screen will also lead you to a page where you can manage your plan.
Can I cancel my car wash membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your membership portal. You can also contact us via our “contact us” page, or you can also visit one of our locations to cancel yourmembership as well!
How the Wash Works
How does the car wash work?
Going through the car wash is fast and easy. A Team Member will check you in and guide you into the car wash conveyor. Once in position, you’ll put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and hands off the wheel. Your car will be guided on our conveyor through multiple stages of treatments, rinses and coatings to get your car cleaned, shined and dried in 3 minutes or less.
Will the wash damage my vehicle?
No. We use a system that is effective at removing dirt. Our spinning wraps are made with hand-cut cloth strips that are gentle on your cars surface. And we use eco-friendly soaps to get your car clean without harming the paint.
Is my vehicle too big to go through the wash?
Feel Great Car Wash accepts all kinds of vehicles through the wash as long as they don’t exceed 7’2” or have a tire width wider than 13.5”. Things that cannot go through the wash include:
- Vehicles with bike racks attached
- Non-standard hitches (some locations cannot accept any hitches)
- Trucks with beds that are not completely empty
- Vehicles that are covered in hardened mud that breaks off in chunks
- Storage pods on top of vehicle
- Ladder racks
This list is not all-inclusive. If you have any concerns, a Team Member can inspect your vehicle before going into the wash to ensure all requirements are met.
Can I clean the inside of my vehicle?
We offer free microfiber towels, free window cleaner, free mat cleaners, and free vacuums at our locations. You can take however long you like to self service the inside of your vehicle!
General Car Washing
How important is a car wash?
Regular car washes are more important than most people realize. Washing your vehicle is not just about appearance. It protects your paint, prevents rust, and helps maintain your car’s value over time. Dirt, road grime, bird droppings, tree sap, and road salt can damage your clear coat and lead to corrosion if left untreated.
How often do you get your car washed?
Most vehicles should be washed every 1 to 2 weeks. If you drive daily, park outside, or live in an area with heavy pollen, dust, or road salt, weekly washes are ideal. In North Texas, factors like summer dust, pollen season, and winter road treatments can build up quickly. Consistent washing protects your paint and keeps your vehicle in top condition year-round.
Do car washes close in the winter?
We stay open during the winter, weather permitting. Modern wash systems are built to operate in colder temperatures, and washing your car in winter is actually very important. Road salt and grime used during colder months can accelerate rust and undercarriage damage. A winter wash helps remove corrosive buildup and protects your vehicle from long-term wear.
Is it pointless to wash a car if it is going to rain the same day?
Not at all. Rainwater by itself does not properly clean your vehicle. In fact, rain can mix with dust and pollutants in the air, leaving behind water spots and residue. If your car is already clean and protected with wax or sealant, rain will bead off more easily and cause less buildup. Washing before rain can actually help maintain your paint’s protection layer.
Is it bad to wash a car with just water?
Yes, washing with only water is not recommended. Water alone does not effectively remove dirt, oils, or road film. Without proper car wash soap, you risk rubbing abrasive particles into your paint, which can cause scratches and swirl marks. Feel Great Car Wash solutions are specially formulated to safely lift and remove dirt while protecting your vehicle’s finish. Using the right products helps preserve your paint and shine over time.
